My child can’t wait to go to the Salone. She has been going to the salon since she was 3years old and now she is 7years old. The staff is super friendly, the products top quality for my child’s natural hair and they are always put her first and thank you for that.

Best hair salon for kids, they make me and my child feel at home. I am also able to leave her there and go to do my shopping that’s how safe it is.

Keep up the good work and thank you for always making my child feel like a model. 💕💕👌🏾🥰

Good day it's Mpumi, Thando and Letho's mom. My experience with Balmirah started years ago, plus minus 3 - 4 years now. My girls just love the place, to them it feels like their second home, from the kind and sweet staff, and to how they use their magic hands in creating beautiful hairstyles. To Aunty Tshidi and your staff thank you once again for all your utmost service and always making sure that you put a smile to our gorgeous princesses.

It would be nice to have the stylist great the Child, confirm the hair style with the mom. To also check in with the child if they are still okay, offer a drink or snack to the child. The place was not really clean, there has to be some upkeep and update with the furniture and the decorations. We love the hair, baby girl could not wait to show it off to her friends at school.

I love Balmirah salon for my daughter, she is 3 and we began with her braiding journey somewhere at 2yrs old. I was so impressed with how gentle they were with her, she was calm from the moment she sat in that chair until her hair was done. Sometimes she even falls asleep during her braiding session. Kudos to all the hairdressers, so patient and kind to the little ones always. Booking process is always so quick and efficient. The salon, is always clean and inviting, such a cute space. Keep up the good work. One thing I would suggest is to switch from showing Coco melon to showing Mrs Rachel on the TV.

Was there for the Grand re-opening in Oct. Salon is easily accessible with great location. Owner & staff are warm and welcoming. All kiddies were attended to timeously. There's play and colouring area to keep kiddies that are waiting occupied. Stylists are very patient with the smaller babies.
